Last year was my first year for baking a turkey and I was very pleased with how it turned out! However, I guess I did not keep the recipe and now I can't remember how I seasoned it. I remember something about "being sure to lift the skin and baste under there to keep it moist." And it was moist and quite tasty. I just don't remember what seasoning I used! So.. do you have a recipe for your Thanksgiving turkey? If so, please share. We are having special guests this year and I want the turkey to look attractive and taste delicious! Thanks for any help you can give.
